BMW N52K V-Belt Installation Tool

Description

Used to install the V-Belt without causing damage.
Applications: BMW N52K engine (2006~2010)

Special tools required for intsalling the transmission belt.
CT2B0024-1 installation tools.
CT2B0024-2 belt cover.

Use special tool (A) to press forward on the transmission belt (B)
Rotate the center bolt along the arrow direction to lower the transmission belt (B)

Check the transmission belt for coolant or any oil residues, replace it if necessary. Check the transmission direction before re-use the transmission belt.
Place the transmission belt onto the air-conditioning compressor, and then install it onto the crankshaft pulley by using the special tool CT2B0024-2.
The transmission belt must be erected against the special tool CT2B0024-2 then use special tool CT2B0024-1 to install the transmission belt onto the crankshaft pulley.
Check the position of the transmission belt; adjust it if necessary.
Rotate the engine twice (the special tool is still installed).
